Most fruit gives you some mix of Omega-3, 6, or 9. Omega-7 palmitoleic acid is the one almost nothing carries. Sea buckthorn carries all four together, which is exactly why Himalayan communities have leaned on it for generations.
Ours is gathered once a year from high, harsh terrain around Skardu, where thin air and cold nights concentrate everything the berry holds. Then it's simply sun-dried and sealed no heat processing, no sugar, no fillers.
